SECOB in 2009
We are looking at training small business to treble their turn-over in 2009
We will start with "Opportunities for small business in 2010". We have found that there are many opportunities but then small business will have to become involved now so as to make sure that they are sustainable by 2010.

We have also found that some of the main challenges you face lie in "Marketing yourself" or your company

OUR COMMITMENT

We need to know what your problems are - is it "Human Resources" issues or "Performance Management" Do you need a "part-time bookkeeper" that knows what he / she is doing? Or will it help if we assist you with "Assessment in BBBEE for QSE's"

We know that the pressure on you to have a scorecard and a
rating is increasing, there are Verification agents available that have been accredited by DTI. We have a BBBEE company, verified by SANAS, that can assist you.

SECOB has informed staff who can assist with export documents, BEE, successful sales and marketing techniques, Sustainable 2010 small business involvement and information, access to Ekurhuleni Metro, a total a small business success package from Vaal University of Technology, tender and contract training and assistance etc.

We have at least 3 visits to developments in the Ekurhuleni area to introduce you to projects that have been completed

or that are going to happen in the near future. The Developer's forum is also open to our members and we will inform you of the dates.
